Description

• Review and process loan applications to ensure completeness and accuracy. • Verify and validate data in loan documents to maintain data integrity. • Communicate with applicants to gather necessary documentation and information. • Liaise with 3rd parties to facilitate the loan approval process. • Support brokers with administrative tasks and day-to-day operations. • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations throughout the loan process. • Provide exceptional customer service to applicants and respond to inquiries promptly. • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed. • Utilize CRM systems to manage and track customer interactions and loan progress. • Prepare settlement documents and coordinate with relevant parties to ensure smooth settlement processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required. • Prior experience in loan processing, financial services, office administration or related field is preferred. • Experience with CRM systems for managing and tracking customer interactions and loan progress. • Experience in preparing settlement documents and coordinating settlement processes. • Proficiency in using loan processing software to capture client information.
