β’ 1+ years of relevant sales experience; preferably selling SaaS/technology related products or services with a track record of consistently closing new business β’ 4+ years of general work experience β’ Superior personal integrity and ownership of outcomes, and coachable mindset β’ Relationship building and client-centric skills β’ Ability to coach customers on best practices; uncover pain points and recommend solutions β’ Exhibit an empathetic small business growth mindset to identify meaningful opportunities for prospects benefit β’ Ability to cold call and build a resourceful pipeline β’ Possess exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, and be an active listener β’ Highly organized with strong attention to detail β’ Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools (we use Salesforce!), including solid understanding of CRM and order management functionality, as well as desktop software programs including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) β’ Web /tech savvy with an aptitude to learn new SaaS products
