The primary goal is to identify potential clients, understand their talent solution needs, and establish lasting partnerships by performing the duties outlined below.

Requirements

β€’ Minimum of 2 years of professional sales experience in the staffing or tech solutions market, with a proven ability to open new accounts and manage customer relationships. Experience expanding and growing relationships within current ConsultNet partners is also essential. β€’ Team player with self-motivation, goal orientation, an outgoing personality, and a healthy competitive nature. β€’ Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to work well in a team environment. β€’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including tact, diplomacy, and negotiation abilities. β€’ Professional presentation and demeanor.
