β’ Minimum of 2 years of professional sales experience in the staffing or tech solutions market, with a proven ability to open new accounts and manage customer relationships. Experience expanding and growing relationships within current ConsultNet partners is also essential. β’ Team player with self-motivation, goal orientation, an outgoing personality, and a healthy competitive nature. β’ Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to work well in a team environment. β’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including tact, diplomacy, and negotiation abilities. β’ Professional presentation and demeanor.
