β€’ Responsible for growing and managing sales as an OEM Account Executive. β€’ Enhance customer relationships and develop new business opportunities. β€’ Understand customer product plans for communication with other departments. β€’ Generate monthly sales forecasts and maintain reporting systems. β€’ Meet/exceed annual sales target and submit timely reports.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor’s degree from a university or equivalent practical experience. β€’ Minimum of two years in HVACR / Industrial / Building Materials sales or related work experience. β€’ Working knowledge of the markets, products, customers, and competitors in the HVACR and Refrigeration industry. β€’ Experience getting products through a complex customer approval process. β€’ Working knowledge of Refrigeration and HVACR Systems and Components. β€’ Proven experience managing customer communications and meeting needs in a timely manner, supporting relationships and solving issues. β€’ Proven business communication skills, both verbal and written. β€’ Legal work authorization in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this role.
