Description

• Responsible for growing and managing sales as an OEM Account Executive. • Enhance customer relationships and develop new business opportunities. • Understand customer product plans for communication with other departments. • Generate monthly sales forecasts and maintain reporting systems. • Meet/exceed annual sales target and submit timely reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a university or equivalent practical experience. • Minimum of two years in HVACR / Industrial / Building Materials sales or related work experience. • Working knowledge of the markets, products, customers, and competitors in the HVACR and Refrigeration industry. • Experience getting products through a complex customer approval process. • Working knowledge of Refrigeration and HVACR Systems and Components. • Proven experience managing customer communications and meeting needs in a timely manner, supporting relationships and solving issues. • Proven business communication skills, both verbal and written. • Legal work authorization in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this role.
