Description

• Provide expert guidance on the implementation and optimization of Slate for higher education institutions. • Assist client institutions in leveraging Slate to enhance admissions, retention, and advancement workflows. • Offer strategic consulting to maximize the value of Slate for colleges and universities. • Work closely with clients to deliver exceptional Slate services tailored to their needs and goals. • Collaborate with the Slate Practice Manager and team to ensure client satisfaction and alignment with project objectives. • Contribute to the growth and refinement of our internal Slate Practice capabilities. • Help define service offerings, create training materials, and establish support structures for the Slate team. • Drive the strategic direction of the Slate Practice, ensuring we remain leaders in innovation and best practices.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in the implementation and optimization of Slate in a higher education setting. • Strong understanding of admissions, retention, and advancement workflows within colleges and universities. • Experience consulting with higher education institutions on technology and strategic initiatives. • Demonstrated ability to lead and contribute to the development of scalable service offerings and internal processes. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a client-first mindset. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
