Description

• Director of Local Activation leads growth initiatives for LOCALACT • Responsible for generating new business by selling digital marketing solutions to franchisees • Conduct presentations and demos to educate franchisees on LOCALACT’s value • Build strong relationships with franchisees as a trusted advisor • Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless customer experience • Track performance using CRM and analytics tools

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus • 7+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, specifically selling software or marketing services (technology, SaaS, digital) to franchisees • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas, especially in selling to small businesses or franchisees • Strong understanding of digital marketing solutions, including paid media, SEO, social media, and local advertising • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment • Familiarity with CRM systems and performance-tracking tools
