Description

• About Us: Wrapbook is a smart, intuitive platform that makes production payroll and accounting easier. • The Opportunity - Director, Insurance Agency (Remote - USA): responsible for strategically scaling our growing insurance agency. • You will create and execute a strategy for driving growth, managing the existing production insurance team, and optimizing results. • Lead a team focused on driving growth and executing strategies aligned with financial goals.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of direct management experience • A P&C License • Experience building a technology-forward agency or insurance product • Experience building carrier relationships • Excellent project management skills including goal setting, working cross-functionally and driving execution • Experience working with Product Managers and Engineers at a tech startup • Executive presence including influencing, driving consensus and presentation skills. • Sense of ownership and comfort with ambiguity
