Wrapbook is hiring a Director, Insurance Agency, responsible for strategically scaling our growing insurance agency. Create and execute strategy for driving growth and managing existing production insurance team. Own the financial results and support execution of roadmaps across key functions.
Requirements
2-3 years of direct management experience A P&C License Experience building a technology-forward agency or insurance product Experience building carrier relationships Excellent project management skills including goal setting, working cross-functionally and driving execution Experience working with Product Managers and Engineers at a tech startup Executive presence including influencing, driving consensus and presentation skills. Sense of ownership and comfort with ambiguity
