Description

• Lead technical presentations and discussions with partners about Coterie’s products. • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners to implement technical solutions. • Provide troubleshooting support for ongoing integration needs. • Act as the subject matter expert (SME) on Coterie’s API product. • Collaborate with the VP of Digital Experience and other internal teams. • Lead API product testing and assist in feature testing as Coterie rolls out new features. • Make data-driven decisions to achieve production results and contribute to business goals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a sales engineer role or a customer-facing API implementation role. • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners. • Strong collaboration skills to work with both external partners and internal teams. • Ability to bridge the gap between technical and business language. • Experience working with third-party APIs, including testing using tools like Postman. • Knowledge of API payloads, responses, and general API troubleshooting.
