β€’ Oversee recruitment and sales of RapidScale services β€’ Lead a team of Cloud Solution Consultants β€’ Construct and implement a plan to engage in-direct selling partners β€’ Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets β€’ Train newly tenured CSCs β€’ Work closely with the Director of Channel Sales to ensure company goals are met β€’ Actively engage sales partners to optimize the sales funnel β€’ Attend company and team meetings β€’ Perform other tasks and special projects as required

Requirements

β€’ BA/BS degree with 8+ years of experience in managed IT services; OR 12+ years in managed IT services in lieu of a degree β€’ 3+ years of management experience β€’ Excellent communication, presentation, writing and editorial abilities β€’ Excellent organizational and time management skills β€’ Proven track record of Top Performing sales success β€’ Strong Closing skills β€’ Proven track record of lead Top Performing Sales Team
