• Responsible for aftermarket sales for all CPM product spare parts and service • Develop and implement sales strategies • Assist the Americas Aftermarket Sales Director with various projects • Manage customer accounts ensuring alignment with CPM strategies • Identify technical requirements of customers and connect these with CPM’s products
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field preferred • 5+ years commercial, sales, or operations experience • Experience selling/supporting technical solutions • Strong mechanical aptitude • Excellent communications skills • ERP and customer relationship management (CRM) experience • Self-starter, driven, results-oriented • Well-developed sales and presentation skills • Effective at problem solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution • Previous experience managing, leading, and developing talent in a team environment is a plus • Business travel (up to 50%)
