Description

We are looking for a Sales Enablement Manger to support our growth and provide critical tools for Go-to-Market (GTM) teams and initiatives. The role will provide tools and enablement strategies to enable quota attainment success. This role is cross-functional in nature, and success in the role will require a highly collaborative self-starter comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment. Proven ability to effectively communicate with be a critical skill set.

Requirements

Experience in creating and curating sales training materials such as presentations, playbooks and training modules Consistent track record of developing selling skills in others Highly effective communicator able to provide a concise and data-driven perspective on business problems. Demonstrated understanding of a SaaS go-to-market sales strategy, sales cycle, and tools that enable success. Ability to lead through influence and quickly adapt to change. Ability to organize, manage, and prioritize multiple projects with minimal oversight. Strong understanding of GTM tools like Salesforce.com, ChurnZero, etc. Prior experience working with Salesforce Admins and Sales teams. 7+ years of SaaS revenue operations experience in a fast growth environment
