• Bachelor’s Degree in business/technical or related field • Demonstrated experience in a sales, business development, account management, or customer service role • Experience with Salesforce highly desired • Strategic Thinking: systematically solves problems and hypothesizes possible customer pain points, expectations, and implicit needs
