• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, related field, or equivalent experience • 1+ years of sales experience selling or equivalent experience • Gain in-depth knowledge of CSG's CX technologies, territories, accounts, competitors, industry trends, and more • Enthusiasm and energy around solving client and end customer challenges, and a desire to leave things better than you found them • Understand and fulfil weekly, monthly and quarterly key performance metrics • A proven ability to generate sales opportunities and build pipeline that drives revenue growth. • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative team mindset. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • A goal-oriented, driven approach—able to achieve individual targets while contributing to team success. • Experience with cold outreach across multiple channels, including phone, email, social media, and mailer campaigns.
