Description

• Sales Representative role focuses on achieving aggressive corporate sales goals. • The sales representative will report to the SVP-Sales, who will manage, train and mentor the sales representative. • Successful individuals are expected to develop into territory sales executives managing complete sales cycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education, training or work experience. • Experience within the mortgage industry in an originations, secondary marketing, fulfillment or operations role, or with a mortgage technology or consulting firm providing solutions for same is a plus, but not required. • Excellent written and verbal communication, decision-making and problem-solving skills • Professional presentation skills and public speaking ability/confidence are critical. • Analytical skills are necessary to determine client business needs and requirements. • Strategic sales aptitude and ability to manage a very complex sales process from start to finish. • Proven work ethic and excellent time-management skills are a must. • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships within all levels of prospective client organizations, from C-level to business unit managers to actual platform users. • Successful individuals in this role will display a consultative approach and the ability to identify solutions that solve clients’ pain points. • Ability to travel is required.
