Description

β€’ Sales Representative role focuses on achieving aggressive corporate sales goals. β€’ The sales representative will report to the SVP-Sales, who will manage, train and mentor the sales representative. β€’ Successful individuals are expected to develop into territory sales executives managing complete sales cycle.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education, training or work experience. β€’ Experience within the mortgage industry in an originations, secondary marketing, fulfillment or operations role, or with a mortgage technology or consulting firm providing solutions for same is a plus, but not required. β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication, decision-making and problem-solving skills β€’ Professional presentation skills and public speaking ability/confidence are critical. β€’ Analytical skills are necessary to determine client business needs and requirements. β€’ Strategic sales aptitude and ability to manage a very complex sales process from start to finish. β€’ Proven work ethic and excellent time-management skills are a must. β€’ Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships within all levels of prospective client organizations, from C-level to business unit managers to actual platform users. β€’ Successful individuals in this role will display a consultative approach and the ability to identify solutions that solve clients’ pain points. β€’ Ability to travel is required.
