Description

β€’ The CRO will be responsible for leading DMT through a period of revenue and profit growth, integration and long-term success within CSI. β€’ Establish the vision and growth strategy for the business and monitor and help drive key execution milestones. β€’ Manage the global sales team to drive business growth across all customer segments, and share responsibility with the marketing department for improving strategy and customer experience. β€’ Collaborate with the finance, product management, and marketing teams on messaging, pricing strategies, and business models for achieving revenue goals. β€’ This individual will have a record of consistently delivering in environments with a sense of urgency and continuous improvement.

Requirements

β€’ Proven CRO / GM / P&L Experience in a Mortgage and/or PropTech Software Business – proven B2B track record of growing a profitable company at scale with shareholder success. β€’ Multi-product or business unit management experience preferred. β€’ Track record as an excellent leader who has set a vision/strategy, delivered for customers, commercialized a product roadmap, and built/led a team to exceptional market results. β€’ Analytical, Focused Decision-Making – will be metrics/KPI driven and embed a culture of data and fact-based decision-making. β€’ Relevant Sector Experience – deep experience in the Mortgage industry with a very strong competitive desire to win and a strong understanding of the opportunities and key levers of this industry. β€’ A strong communicator, able to present a vision and build alignment. β€’ Significant travel to customers, office locations and industry events.
