• Partner with the SVP Revenue to build the Revenue Operations roadmap • Build, manage, and optimize GTM systems for customer-facing teams • Partner closely with Marketing to define lead stages and conversion rates • Implement Predictive Analytics for Lead Scoring and Prioritization • Build data models for sales process optimization • Analyze and replicate best practices in sales data • Provide proactive revenue funnel insights to leadership • Work cross-functionally to analyze customer data for new opportunities • Develop standardized metrics, KPIs, reports, and dashboards • Own documentation and reinforcement of GTM best practices
• 7+ years in Revenue Operations leadership roles • Deep expertise with Marketing, Sales, and CS technology stacks • Experience implementing successful GTM systems, processes, playbooks, and cadences • Extensive experience administering Hubspot MAP and Sales Hub CRM • Exceptional time management and prioritization skills • Prior experience designing quotas and incentive comp models • Excellent communication skills • Work collaboratively across functions, channels, and categories • Expert level proficiency in excel/ google sheets
