📋 Description

• Responsible for business development and capture of training system opportunities in Asia Pacific • Focus on Live, Virtual, Constructive capabilities, next-gen systems, and Tactical Combat Training System • Manage business capture in compliance with Company policies and procedures • Achieve business plan through customer engagement strategies and product specialization • Identify and pursue business opportunities in Asia Pacific • Lead capture activities from identification to award management

🎯 Requirements

• Four-year college degree and minimum of ten years of experience as a USN fighter/attack aviator • In-depth knowledge of tactical aircraft acquisition practices, requirements generation, and/or test and evaluation activities • Comprehensive knowledge of aviation training requirements, acquisition methodology and its stakeholders • Familiarity with Coalition aviator and maintenance training • Recent tactical flight instruction and/or tactics development experience
