📋 Description

• Responsible for driving net new sales and revenue from prospective and existing customer accounts within assigned vertical. • Sell solutions through prospecting, networking and executing marketing initiatives and account plans to increase Iron Mountain's footprint. • Assess customer needs and determine appropriate Iron Mountain products and solutions. • Develop and implement strategies and business plans to understand client's business model. • Build customer relationships through strategic conversations to understand business objectives. • Partner with key customer decision makers to structure business strategies pertaining to requirements. • Ensure communication for superior customer satisfaction and keep customers educated on industry trends. • Continuously prospect for new clients and expand existing relationships. • Manage pipeline and account activity, including responses to RFPs, tracking in SFDC, and conducting competitive research. • Maintain knowledge of customer business trends and potential new business opportunities. • Responsible for final account sales and revenue growth, leading negotiations to ensure successful outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong background and knowledge of strategic account management, sales process and solution selling. • Proven ability to translate customer needs into solution requirements through value propositions and negotiation skills. • Excellent written, oral and presentation skills through power messaging. • Strong interpersonal, planning, analytical skills and business acumen for effective decision making. • Ability to make business decisions and think in broad terms, considering overall company impact. • Effective teamwork at all levels of IRM and customer personnel (including C-level). • Strong Power Messaging and Challenger Selling skills. • Ability to develop, maintain and present to senior level management within customer base. • Create demand by understanding vertical market business challenges and value propositions. • Effective questioning techniques, account/relationship management experience. • Proficient in oral and written communication.
