β’ 5+ years of experience selling cyber security software or similar SaaS services to enterprise clients in the cybersecurity sector or adjacent verticals β’ A demonstrable track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets (ARR revenue booked) β’ A solid experience in building and managing personal end-to-end sales cycles and pipelines β’ A proven track record of leveraging Channel Partners to drive value into the deals you have won β’ Experienced in negotiating and closing large value deals which include cross-functional input and multiple stakeholders β’ Start-up experience or evidence of ability to work in a small, dynamic and fast growing team with little structure is desirable β’ Technically competent to understand the various facets of Cyber Security (GenAI, AI, Human Risk Management, Identity Access Management, Cloud Email Security) - what drives CISOs, their security teams and HRM teams β’ A strong understanding of basic concept for how cyber security threats and the technical control tools impact Human Risk Management β’ A proven track record in a similar role with career ambitions for fast growth β’ A self-starter, hunter mentality and entrepreneurial mindset
