Description

• Responsible to develop, communicate, and administer HR policies and programs • Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations • Serve as an HR Business Partner to field leadership • Provide strategic consulting to field leadership and hiring managers • Provide direction, coaching, and leadership to assigned Human Resources staff • Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency • Partner with payroll processing, employee benefits programs, and national HR programs • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment legislation • Provide on-site leadership and support for employee transition activities • Conduct employee relations counseling, mediation, and investigations • Maintain advanced knowledge of HR Systems

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, minimum of 5+ years of HR experience • Ability to analyze, prioritize, delegate • Demonstrates leadership, ability to hire and retain high achievers • Ability to pursue PHR or SPHR (professional designation) • Strong interpersonal skills and problem solving ability • Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills • Willingness to travel • Proven record of excellent internal and external customer service • Detail oriented, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
