Description

• Seeking a skilled and experienced Learning Management System and integration subject matter expert. • Manage integrations of Labcorp’s Cornerstone / SABA platform and other company systems. • Ensure LMS platform is compliant (FDA Certified), functional, user-friendly, and up to date. • Work closely with various stakeholders across the business to manage user access. • Provide technical support and optimize the platform to enhance the learning experience. • Configure, customize, and test the Cornerstone SABA learning system. • Troubleshoot complex learner and vendor-related system technical issues. • Conduct root cause analysis to implement appropriate solutions. • Create and maintain project documentation. • Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in the administration of a learning management system, Cornerstone CSOD / SABA experience preferred. • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience is required, preferably in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, Computer Science or Information Systems, Technical Communication, or a similar field. • Familiarity with SFTP and API processes and tools. • Prior experience using Cornerstone/SABA. • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines. • Self-starter with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. • Experience using Excel and spreadsheet management. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. • Preferred Experience: Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and database management. Project management skills and experience managing LMS implementation or upgrades.
