Description

• Leads a team, coordinates, develops and delivers technical training materials and instructional courses. • Works on projects with large scope and/or high visibility. • Defines learning objectives and designs course curriculum and training deliverables. • Applies in-depth knowledge in all phases of training and communication development. • Develops adoption metrics and methods of measuring the success of training and communications. • Reviews and monitors the effectiveness of training programs and communication plans. • Independently prioritizes the completion of tasks and resolution of issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or combination of education and/or experience may substitute for minimum education. • Analyzing Business Processes, Applying Instructional Design Methods And Theories, Developing Training Curricula, User Documentation, And/Or Communications Programs (6 Years). • ADDIE Model, Adobe Captivate, Business, Communication, Educational Studies, Educational Technology, Leadership, Microsoft PowerPoint, Planning Ability, RACI Charts, TechSmith Camtasia Studio, Training and Development, Waterfall Model.
