Description

• Mattermost provides secure, workflow-centric collaboration for technical and operational teams. • Self-hosted and cloud offerings provide integrated workflow automation and AI-acceleration. • Co-build the future of collaboration with over 4,000 open source project contributors. • Seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager, HR Operations to lead HR operations. • Oversee HR systems, metrics, compliance and ensure legal compliance. • Build and maintain HR Dashboards to assess HR performance with metrics. • Foster a high-performing, inclusive, and high accountable remote-first culture. • Promote global workforce growth and development across diverse geographies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. • 8-10 years of progressive HR operations experience, with a proven track record of scaling HR functions in companies with 500–1,000 employees. • Advanced proficiency with HRIS systems, HR technology platforms, and Excel for data analysis and reporting. • Strong knowledge of HR compliance and employment laws. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. • Experience in mission-driven organizations focused on defense, intelligence, security, or critical infrastructure. • Ability to leverage AI and technology to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency. • Strategic mindset with a demonstrated ability to execute in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
