• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or a combination of education and experience will be equally considered in lieu of degree. • Ten years of relevant work experience in commercial roles, including sales, marketing, and/or commercial operations, or a successful combination of two or more areas. • A minimum of five years of experience leading high-performing commercial sales teams in the medical device industry. • Demonstrable financial acumen and analytical capabilities for complex analysis. • Proven problem-solving skills with ability to exercise independent judgement in developing a structured approach and driving to resolution. • Excellent communicator with interpersonal skills; skillful in written and verbal communication with the ability to present materials to various audiences, specifically as a trainer. • Highly proficient in Salesforce CRM as well as various data analytics and reporting tools. • Demonstrable project management skills and ability to balance competing priorities. • Appropriate level of leadership experience to lead and influence both with and without direct authority; ability to manage conflicts effectively to drive alignment, execution, and gain results. • Excellent collaboration skills; able to navigate complex relationships within the Commercial organization. • Able to manage, lead, and develop individuals of varying levels of skill. • Able to motivate and lead a team of diverse individuals, with varying competencies and experience levels, to drive the execution of critical strategies and programs across our growing organization. • Required to travel up to 50% inclusive of overnight travel by air or car.
