Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • 10+ years of experience in information technology • 5+ years of experience in management role • Ability to align short-term goals with long-term objectives • Can comfortably handle risk and uncertainty • Proven ability to effectively manage conflict • Proven success in building and leading high-performance teams • Wide technical knowledge with both back and frontend technologies • Deep experience with Quality Assurance methodologies and frameworks is a plus • Certifications in ITIL, PMP, Agile, or Change Management are a plus
