Description
• You are considered the clients main point of contact • Overseeing all of their day-to-day PBM operations • Act as the liaison between clients and cross-functional internal teams • Ensure timely/successful delivery of client requests • Build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with key business stakeholders • Manage the resolution status of routine to complex requests
Requirements
• 1+ years of experience in a client services-based environment or previous account management experience • Excellent organizational skills • Excellent verbal and written interpersonal communication skills • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills • Able to be on camera for meetings with reliable attendance
