β€’ Educating members about wellness programs. β€’ Scheduling appointments with nurses and coaches. β€’ Assisting members with portal questions and promoting mobile app. β€’ Connecting with members through inbound and outbound phone calls. β€’ Training lasts approximately six weeks from 8:00 AM EST-4:30 PM EST. β€’ Post-training schedule ranges from 10:30 AM EST-9:00 PM EST.

Requirements

β€’ High Speed Broadband internet connection required (100/25 mbps). β€’ 2 years experience in a customer service call center environment. β€’ Experience promoting programs or telephonic sales preferred but not required. β€’ Averaged 85-100 contacts per day. β€’ Keyboarding skills, able to type 45 WPM with 95% accuracy. β€’ Microsoft 360 (Outlook, Teams, One Drive) knowledge preferred. β€’ Avaya One X or comparable telephonic software knowledge preferred.
