Description

• Customer Service Representative impacts members' service experience via calls, internet, or written correspondence. • Engages and educates members based on unique needs, preferences, and understanding of Aetna plans. • Documents and tracks member contacts and guides through policy and procedures. • Answers questions and resolves issues, triaging work to appropriate staff. • Creates emotional connections with members, anticipating needs and providing additional information. • Processes claims, referrals, grievances, and appeals as necessary, ensuring member plan eligibility.

Requirements

• Customer Service experience in a transaction based environment preferred. • Experience in a production environment. • Experience in a chat based customer service environment is desirable.
