Requirements

β€’ Comfortable working autonomously after initial training β€’ Experience in customer-facing roles β€’ Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail β€’ Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills β€’ Proficiency with customer management tools β€’ Flexibility to work weekends β€’ Ability to balance firmness and empathy in customer interactions β€’ Proven ability to collaborate with a remote team β€’ Availability to work Pacific or Hawaii-Aleutian Time Zone hours β€’ Experience in community management or operational roles β€’ Familiarity with handling escalations and cross-platform customer communications β€’ Reliable access to a computer and internet β€’ Reliable and distraction-free work environment
