• Handle inbound calls from medical offices, physicians, and healthcare providers • Support the Prior Authorization Department • First-line contact with customers • Set the tone for company support services • Evaluate and drive process improvements • Collaborate with business partners

Requirements

• 1+ year of Customer Service experience • Previous experience working in Windows, Microsoft or similar application • Six months of high volume call center customer service experience (preferred) • Prior Healthcare experience with benefits, insurance, and prescriptions (preferred)
