📋 Description

• Sales Executives help build middle market business via broker distribution channels for Medical, Group Insurance and Specialty products • Develops new business opportunities to ensure profitable customers and help grow the business through consultative selling • Ensures product, pricing and services meet client's needs while meeting Aetna revenue growth and profit objectives • Manages and builds producer relations • Identifies ways to partner with the client using Aetna's full product array • Collaborates with internal partners to uncover profitable growth opportunities • Coordinates sales materials and participates in constituent presentations

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant industry experience • Must be willing to travel within the Market • Must reside in the California Market • Health & Life Insurance license • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint • Strong business acumen • Established relationships with Broker Channel (Preferred) • Carrier Sales experience (Preferred) • Salesforce experience (Preferred)
