• Responsible for managing relationships for large and mid-size self-funded employer groups. • Executes tactical components of the client management team’s business plan. • Offers creative product and service solutions to address client's evolving needs. • Monitors client's product lines and services to ensure needs are met. • Collaborates with Medical account team on complex product or service issues. • Coordinates service work and resolution of service issues.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant healthcare industry experience. • Ability to travel 25% – 50%. • Ability to lead open enrollment strategy, including on-site client meetings. • Strong communication skills. • Experience communicating with C-suite level individuals. • Monitoring and reporting results of Performance Guarantees.
