• Identify and qualify Microbiology prospects and assess customer needs. • Develop knowledge of products, market and industry trends, competition and customer strategies. • Drive sales strategy and implement strategic closing action plan. • Be the primary contact for customers and handle issues expeditiously. • Work with marketing to resolve customer conflicts and improve satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Science, ideally in Biology or a degree as a Medizinisch Technische Assistent*In (MTA). • Several years of professional experience in a similar sales position with focus on Sales/ Acquisition / Business Development with capital equipment in the Medical Devices sector. • Understanding of business management systems, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and CRM tools. • German and English on a professional level. • Travel availability between 50-70%.
