•Engage in face-to-face meetings with customer to enhance relationships •Manage project funnel standard work, inputs and outputs and report out to stakeholders monthly and quarterly (i.e., IPV) •Communicates new market opportunities to internal stakeholders, senior leaders, distribution/ innovation partners and global commercial teams as required •Support PLM team as needed to move products through to business plan creation •Actively participates in the planning and execution of Voice of Customer (VOC) research

Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in a technical field •Minimum 5 years of experience in sales/engineering/marketing •Able to travel a minimum 25% within both the domestic and international markets •Able to elicit and understand customer needs and translate into product requirements •Strong written and oral communication skills for direct communication with customers, co-workers, and partners at all levels, all functions, and all regions of the organization
