• The Director Regional Commercial DBSL – EMEAI is responsible for the thoughtful application of the Danaher Business System (DBS) in the geographic business regions (EMEAI). • This role is a partner to the Regional VP/GM of the region for the commercial organization. • Advocate, uphold, and innovate SCIEX DBS capabilities at all levels within various teams. • Lead from the front and help the commercial leader prioritize impactful actions. • Oversee deployment of Commercial DBS Tools and teach DBS-related events and trainings. • Ensure good use of DBS Fundamentals. • Build DBS skills across the Commercial Organization.

Requirements

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in a Science, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; master’s degree preferred. • Minimum 7 years in a sales, sales management, sales operations, or similar role OR equivalent time in a position dedicated to continuous improvement. • Demonstrated knowledge of Analytical Tools industry or similar experience a plus. • Strong process orientation, problem solving skills, and a commitment to delivering results. • Ability to perform exceptionally in fast paced, performance-oriented environment with a sense of urgency. • Experienced influencer capable of managing / leading teams at all levels of an organization, including executive level, without direct authority.
