• BA or equivalent is required. • Proven 4+ years of Business Development management or Account Executive experience. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written, phone, and in-person). • Understanding of e-commerce (heavy emphasis), performance marketing, and creative advertising. • Experience with effective questioning, objection handling, competitive selling, and closing. • Proven success managing a sales portfolio and client relationship skills. • Strong understanding of Hubspot or other major CRM. • Stellar strategic planning and proposal presentation skills. • Critical thinking, adaptability, and solution planning ability.
