Description
• Provide thoughtful and practical product, business, and legal counseling • Manage and resolve complicated issues related to commercial deals • Draft, negotiate, and advise on a wide variety of commercial agreements • Own the entire contracting cycle from initial draft to execution • Develop familiarity with internal departments to help identify and manage risk
Requirements
• J.D., with strong academic credentials and membership in at least one U.S. state bar. • 7+ years’ commercial or corporate experience in-house or at a law firm • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills • Highly organized, reliable, detail-oriented, and diligent • Ability to work on multiple issues simultaneously • Proven ability to provide entrepreneurial, pragmatic, business-oriented advice • Ability to operate autonomously while being a team player
