Description

• Advise on global privacy and data protection legal matters. • Lead privacy team’s review of various agreements. • Evaluate personal health data and compliance requirements. • Manage large-scale global privacy operations and projects. • Conduct privacy reviews and impact assessments. • Monitor global privacy laws for updates and compliance. • Negotiate privacy terms in various global agreements. • Design and implement global privacy operations. • Assist with privacy program management and collaboration.

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA, CPRA, U.S. state privacy laws. • 8+ years of experience as a privacy attorney, including 2 years in-house. • Experience managing U.S. and GDPR privacy operational requirements. • Proven success in advising internal clients on healthcare privacy laws. • Strong project management skills for multi-stakeholder projects. • Best in class communication and interpersonal skills. • Advanced legal degree and active membership in a U.S. state bar.
