Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in HR technology, including at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing HRIS or HRIT teams. • Extensive experience in HRIS/HRIT systems (e.g., Oracle HCM, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, UKG, etc.) and integration with other enterprise systems. • Proven track record of successful system implementations, maintenance and development in an HR context. • Strong knowledge of HR processes, systems, and best practices, including employee lifecycle, payroll, benefits administration, talent management, performance management, learning and development and talent acquisition. • Advanced technical skills related to HRIS administration, system integration, and data analysis. • Strong leadership: team management and team development abilities with experience in driving change and continuous improvement. • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments and levels within the organization. • 2+ years’ experience in Oracle HCM
