📋 Description

• Seeking full-time Construction Management Program Manager • Provide scheduling and phasing recommendations to optimize construction • Work independently and manage own time and schedule • Opportunity for significant growth in construction and facility management • Fast track in DAV Energy’s construction management activities • National construction management contracts and growth in VA federal healthcare market

🎯 Requirements

• Construction technical competencies and qualifications to verify workmanship • Minimum of ten (10) years construction engineering or management experience • Training and management of construction site support staff • Experience managing programs with multiple tasks and projects • Ability to plan and manage staff, budgets, schedules, and client interactions • Familiarity with construction scheduling methods and software • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; Adobe Acrobat Professional; RS Means/CostWorks • Average agility and dexterity; lifting moderately heavy objects less than 50 lbs • Effective communication in English, both orally and in writing • Experience maintaining complex construction management activities • Familiarity with Federal building design criteria and hospital construction guide specifications • General knowledge of construction practices and techniques • Ability to calculate construction costs and recommend adjustments • Ability to monitor preparation of contractors' as-built activities • Ability to review contractor submissions for completeness and accuracy • Ability to identify critical materials and recommend procurement strategies • Experience providing Quality Control for project reports • Ability to pass a government background check • Completed 30 Hour OSHA Construction Training within the past 2 years • A valid driver’s license
