📋 Description

• Lead growth strategy for Skilled Nursing Facility pipeline. • Partner with colleagues to deliver growth in compliance with DaVita values. • Develop local growth strategies for markets throughout the central United States. • Identify and cultivate target skilled nursing facilities for partnerships.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in multi-site healthcare business development or similar. • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, MHA or other Masters in related area strongly preferred. • Commitment to DaVita’s values of Service Excellence, Integrity, Team, Continuous Improvement, Accountability, Fulfillment and Fun. • Proven ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, physicians, and teammates. • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. • Professional demeanor and ability to interact at executive level with persuasiveness and confidence. • Demonstrated ability to bring innovative thinking to the operations and management of DaVita SNF Dialysis operations.
