• Lead growth strategy targeting skilled nursing facilities to improve patient care. • Partner with operations and colleagues to develop local growth strategies throughout the central United States. • Identify and cultivate target skilled nursing facilities, successfully negotiating contracts. • Navigate business development processes including compliance, regulatory engagement, and pipeline analysis. • Effectively hand off contracted SNFs to operations colleagues to maintain relationships. • Travel up to 50% is required for this remote role.
