• Manage dbt Labs' largest accounts to initial product adoption while ensuring an amazing start to their customer journey. • Clearly communicate with customer’s about account setup requirements and expectations, align on best practices, and motivate key stakeholders. • Collaborate with sales, professional services, support, and training to deliver a superior customer experience in a condensed period of time. • Leverage data and feedback for ongoing improvements to the onboarding process. • Document and communicate a customer’s business and operational objectives to have the dbt Labs team best support the customer through the rest of their subscription. • Cover the US West regions.

Requirements

• Are a natural cross-collaborator • Harbor an extreme attention to detail • Can own the (Zoom) room filled with customer executives in varying industries, and aren’t afraid to ask tough clarifying questions • Have the ability to manage multiple priorities • Are always thinking about how to balance scale with customer experience • Have previously worked in a customer success or customer-facing project management role • Have strong empathy, patience, and problem-solving skills. No two customers are alike!
