Description

• Leading a team of Business Development Associates who will be conducting detailed market research, identifying new business opportunities and market trends and enriching leads for SDR. • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the team and track team’s performance as per set KPIs/OKRs. • Becoming an expert of the Deel product offerings, so that you can enable Business Development Associates to deliver effective leads and enriched accounts to our stakeholders. • Serving as a point of contact for collaborations with SDR teams, establishing performance and quality standards of BDA processes. • Qualifying leads by assessing their needs, budget, and decision-making processes. • Working closely with marketing, product development, and other teams to align business development strategies. • Providing feedback and insights to help improve products and services. • Developing and implementing sales strategies, client service and retention plans, and analyzing sales data to inform or update marketing strategies. • Assist with drafting business processes, making sure that there is an alignment between all stakeholders on the client research. • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines. • Providing training, feedback, and coaching to the Business Development associates for continuous learning and development. • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading a Business Development, Sales or similar operations team within a rapidly-growing company in a Team Lead or Manager role for at least 2 years. • You have a track record of managing your team to meet or exceed operational efficiency and goals in a high growth setting. • Proven experience in business development, sales, sourcing, data analysis or a related role. • Ability to analyze market data, financial reports, and other relevant information. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • You are a flexible team player, and enjoy working on a diverse team. • You have the ability to clearly convey complex ideas and data in written, presentation, and verbal formats to customers and team members. • Strong organization and project management skills. • Familiarity with CRM software and other business development tools.
