• The Broker Senior Partnerships Manager role at Deel offers a unique opportunity to be part of the founding partnerships team • Collaborating with insurance broker partners in a dynamic and fast-paced environment • Build new partnerships with broker partners throughout North America • Manage a thorough discovery process and work cross-functionally with the Deel AE team and our strategic partners • Client-facing role involving regular travel, including at least one monthly field visit • Attend trade shows and host various social events such as dinners, happy hours, top golf, and wine tastings
Requirements
• 4+ years of sales experience, particularly at a fast-paced B2B startup • Successfully carried and exceeded your revenue quota • Consistent track record of success (top 10%) • Experience selling HRIS/HCM software, global or fintech products • Ability to operate at Deel speed (fast-paced environment) • Experience selling to/through partnership channel • Ability to operate in a distributed and remote environment
