β€’ Own and manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closing deals. β€’ Identify and build relationships with key decision-makers in target enterprise accounts. β€’ Develop and execute a strategic account plan to meet or exceed sales targets. β€’ Drive go-to-market initiatives to strengthen our presence in the US, with a particular focus on the East Coast region. β€’ Conduct thorough needs assessments to present tailored solutions that meet client objectives. β€’ Develop a robust understanding of client's business goals and objectives to become a trusted advisor. β€’ Ensure seamless communication with clients and internal stakeholders throughout the sales cycle. β€’ Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts, promoting long-term client success. β€’ Collaborate closely with the product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project implementation. β€’ Stay updated on market trends, competitive landscape, and industry insights, providing strategic input to adapt sales strategies effectively. β€’ Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to leadership on progress against targets and overall market insights. β€’ Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to raise brand awareness and build a strong network.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, with a background in selling automation, AI, or technology-related solutions to large enterprises. β€’ Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for establishing and nurturing relationships with C-suite executives and key stakeholders. β€’ Excellent problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset and a proactive approach to challenges. β€’ Proven expertise in creating and executing comprehensive sales plans, leveraging market insights to identify the right prospects and prioritize high-impact opportunities. β€’ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, quickly adapting to changing market conditions and company priorities. β€’ Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for clients and stakeholders. β€’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
