Description

• Oversees the Dermalogica sales performance in the assigned geographical territory. • Drives sales performance within the market area by creating a business plan, establishing a regular call plan to accounts, conducting market events, and helping the accounts grow with Dermalogica. • Assumes complete responsibility for prospecting, profiling, and opening Dermalogica accounts within their market area. • Fully ensures there’s follow-up on leads generated by Dermalogica marketing and sales, as well as taking ownership for creating Consultant’s own account development pipeline to foster Dermalogica openings. • Actively visits the market area, executing sales, marketing and other programs to achieve Dermalogica account openings. • You are someone who connects with people! • An individual who will build lasting relationships with clients; you have the ability to develop a strong network and proactively increase the new client pipeline. • You will be coached by a mentor, access to training, amazing products and incredible career growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Must live within region – North Shore Montreal - Quebec City • Certified Skin Therapist (esthetician) an asset • Strong business acumen and experience in the skin, health and beauty industry • Two years of field sales experience in the skin care or similar industry in a b2b environment. • Valid driver's license and own a car as this position requires travel • Excellent written communication skills in English • Have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook) • Knowledge of CRM systems
