• Proactive identify and pursue new opportunities to sell Deskpro’s helpdesk software to UK government agencies. • Nurture and expand relationships with existing public sector customers. • Develop tailored sales strategies addressing the unique challenges of government agencies. • Utilise an existing network of contacts within the UK public sector. • Manage the end-to-end process for responding to RFPs, RFQs, and ITT documents. • Work closely with marketing, product, and technical teams. • Track sales performance and pipeline metrics, providing updates and forecasts to senior management. • Proven success in a business development or sales role with 5+ years experience selling SaaS or technology solutions. • Strong understanding of public sector procurement frameworks, such as G-Cloud. • Existing network of contacts within UK government agencies is highly desirable. • Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Experience with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
