• Help drive Dexcom market share in the Netherlands. • Collaborate with local territory managers to drive product use. • Facilitate training and in-servicing of Dexcom products. • Manage hospital contracts and supply chain channels. • Maximise strategic partnerships and manage customer relations. • Maintain thorough administration using CRM systems. • Responsible for account planning and strategic investment plans.
• 5+ years of diabetes or equivalent account management experience with a proven track record for achieving targets and delivering success. • Evidence of a detailed understanding procurement pathways. • Sound experience of analysing data – collates, organises and interprets data in order to provide clear and comprehensible information to the business. • Strong commercial selling skills to include sales competency or selling skills training. • Competent user of a variety of computer software packages, and a detailed understanding of CRM systems. • Experience of the Netherlands Diabetes market is preferred. • Knowledge of diabetes is preferred. • In-depth understanding of Netherlands reimbursement and procurement preferred. • Life Sciences/Business Degree is preferred.
