• Overachieve individual sales targets to ensure overall growth within net new customers • Collaborate with Microsoft sellers, customer success, and technical members to align accounts and drive net new business • Coordinate with marketing on lead generation • Acquire and develop net new customers within a focused group of prospects • Work closely with internal/external technical and sales teams to ensure a high-touch outcome • Partner effectively with the VP of Sales to drive territory coverage and maintain positive communication paths • Complete technology and sales training and/or trade shows as required or requested • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to management • Proactively generate new leads/opportunities by connecting with new companies/contacts • Generate extensive pipeline to drive net new business • Execute a strategy of cold calling and emails, uncovering potential opportunities, scheduling audio/video calls, meeting with customers, and working through the sales cycle
• 3+ years’ experience in the cybersecurity industry • The ideal candidate will have a network of qualified buyers in the US • Knowledge of Microsoft Security is a MUST • Knowledge of managed and professional security services • Excellent written and communication skills • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies to develop and open new accounts • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Results-driven mentality, with a bias for speed and action • Comfortable in a startup environment where we move quickly and wear many hats • Hard work ethic, positive and coachable • Strong communication and listening skills, with a positive approach • Self-starter and driven for over-achievement • Attention to detail and analytical skills • Willing to go over and beyond to win • Experience with HubSpot, MS Dynamics, Connect and Sell, 6Sense, or similar technologies is an asset • Travel: The position requires travel when applicable.
