β€’ Focused on helping grow the portfolio of enterprise and mid-market clients β€’ New business development as well as co-selling opportunities with blue-chip partners β€’ Passion for helping clients accelerate their strategies around digital innovation, design thinking, and digital transformation β€’ Identification of RFP opportunities and prepare proposals to win new business across different industry segments β€’ Building a strategic account list and maintaining a pipeline of sales activity through prospecting β€’ Develop a trusted advisor relationship with multiple stakeholders across client organizations β€’ Leverage industry knowledge to share insights about how a client can maximize business benefits

Requirements

β€’ Minimum of 5 years previous sales experience, building relationships in a consultative manner β€’ Strong outside sales experience ideally with enterprise consulting, enterprise software, or professional services such as Pegasystems, Appian, Salesforce, or ServiceNow β€’ Demonstrated history of sales results and strong work ethic β€’ Experience developing a sales strategy and creating new sales opportunities β€’ Experience selling or knowledge of design thinking and/or digital transformation services β€’ Track record of building successful relationships with senior technology leaders to drive sales β€’ Experience with end-to-end solution selling, expanding relationships from pre-sales through proof of concept β€’ Management of deal sizes ranging from $300k - $500k+
